South Ari Atoll can be reached by 30 minutes with seaplane. Our flights are operated by TMA, giving you the ultimate convenience with your guest transfers.

All our 100 rooms are independent Villas, providing full privacy and direct access to the beach or lagoon.

Beach Villas: The resort has 63 Beach Villas along of the seaside of the island, divided in two categories, Sunrise Beach Villas (33) and Sunset Beach Villas (30).

Sunset Suite Villas:  The Sunset Suite Villas (7) have their own pool and are located in the beach with stunning views of the lagoon and ocean.

Water Villas: The Water Villas (30) are divided in Sunrise Water Villas (12) and Sunset Water Villas (18), ready to jump into the water.

The resort's main infinity pool, 37 metres long, has spectacular sunset views and an area of hammocks and Balinese beds.

The pool lagoon is a 270-degree panoramic infinity pool. A tranquil space that offers morning activities such as Yoga and Pilates. It also has lounge chairs and two palapas/gazebos.

Sea Salt - Main Restaurant & Lounge Bar

This is a light, bright, relaxed all-day dining setting offering a wide range of global cuisines. Select the dishes you want from the mouthwatering buffet and show cooking, take a seat and feast on the cuisine and breathtaking views across the Indian Ocean.

This venue also offers a Bar near the lobby, which is the perfect spot for a drink before or after dinner. This bar has a semi-open area and an outdoor terrace.

Aqua – Specialty Restaurant This is our super stylish fine dining Mediterranean - Fusion Restaurant offering up freshly grilled local fish, seafood and meat dishes. This restaurant has an indoor area, an outdoor area and two private dinning palapas.

Breeze – Pool Restaurant & Bar

The Breeze bar features light bites inspired by cuisine from around the world served to sun loungers or in the cool shades of our chill loveseats. Enjoy the unforgettable Maldivian sunsets and night entertainment, drinking your favorites cocktails and mocktails.

Magical – Pool Snack Bar

The Magical pool snack bar is a little more chilled out compared to Breeze and has a more relaxed vibe with low key music beats during the day. It also features a super cool bar and a wide range of snacks and cocktails on offer. Connected to Water Sports and Pool Lagoon, is the Beach Club, where enjoy healthy bowls, fresh juices and smoothies in the morning and trendy bites and cocktails in the afternoon.

If you have selected the option of transfers NOT INCLUDED the return seaplane transfers are not included in the room rate and are a separate charge.

Kindly note that the resort will arrange the transfers as per the international flight landing times however the seaplane only operates during daylight hours which is from 0600hrs to 1600hrs, and all guests will require to check-in at the seaplane counter on or before 1600hrs, any guests arriving in international flights after 1600hrs will have to arrange their own accommodation for the first night with their own expenses and travel to the resort the next day, also note that guests departing on international flights earlier that 0900hrs will have to depart the resort one day prior to reach the international airport on time.Moreover, the resort requires the international flight details (flight number and arrival time) minimum 03 days (72hours) prior to arrival to arrange the transfers irrespective of whether transfers are included or not in your package and the details should be sent to [email protected], note that if flight details are not received 72hours prior to arrival will result in long waiting hours at the airport as the seats will be booked in the last available seaplane. Also note that the baggage allowance for the seaplane is 20kg for the main luggage and 5kg hand for the hand luggage per person, any excess luggage is chargeable and will have to be paid directly to the transfer provider. Furthermore, please note in the event of Force Majeure where arrival and departure transfers may not be arranged at scheduled times or cancellation of seaplane via the service provider the resort is not liable for any compensation claims due to such delays.
